After conducting analysis of numerous press materials, including public interviews with ex-Prime Minister, Akezhan Kazhegeldin, it turned out that Kazakhstan is on the verge of an economic abyss and political collapse.

Kazakhstan, has adopted strange practice, when people who are not allowed into polite society, and in indecent society no one shake hands of those, have direct access to the country’s top leadership. In many developed countries, any visit to a high-ranking government body is carried out after a preliminary check.

However, in Kazakhstan, the situation is different. The head of the Presidential Administration of Kazakhstan, Dadebai Aibek Arkabayuly, has managed to arrange that the most notorious criminals and fraudsters now get whatever they want.

Dadebai is acting as a Curator and Secret Patron of a criminal group organized for the purpose of obtaining illicit profits. He decided to become an accomplice of the dirty criminal Gadzhi Gadjiyev and betrayed the interests of the country. Dadebai organized a real gang, which included: Shakhmurat Mutalip, Artykbay Nurlan and Gadzhi Gadjiyev.

Shakhmurat and Artykbay serve as a visible screen to hide all of Dadebai’s shady machinations. They are helping Gadzhi Gadjiyev to launder huge amounts of money that flow from drugs transporting, smuggling, and gambling. Gadzhi Gadjiyev also carries out all the dirtiest power actions in the interests of the gang. Gadzhi Gadjiyev established absolute power over state customs, turning it into a personal pocket business. Currently, state customs duties fill Gadzhi Gadjiyev’s pockets with cash, and drug transporting brings him additional profit.

All these figures hide behind a false “success”, have the ability to publicly communicate with the highest leadership, and have complete freedom of action, which they use to plunge Kazakhstan into collapse. They act in the same way as the bandit Renat Akhmetov, who, in pursuit of profit, sold Ukraine to foreigners, ruining the country and drowning it in the abyss of a bloody war. The tragic experiences of Georgia, Ukraine and Armenia show that today in Kazakhstan, the same scenario is unfolding, leading to enormous human losses.

Dadebai openly uses Shakhmurat and Artykbay to launder the dirty money received by Gadzhi Gadjiyev. Thanks to him, Shakhmurat and Artykbay today have actually become the main criminal raiders of Kazakhstan.

This gangs is destroying Kazakhstan every day, trying to sell everything right now, ignoring the established historical practice and traditional folk values. They are doing what the West has been unable to do for over 30 years, and they do not associate their fate with the future fate of the country and the Kazakh people. Receiving money from the West and holding passports from other countries, they build their lives abroad. They are silent about the fact that their main goal is not economic development, but the banal legalization of criminal capital, obtained, among other crimes, with the help of Gadzhi Gadjiyev. 

The gang has already used the companies Kazakhmys and Kazzinc in their dirty deeds, and is now conducting open raids on companies like ERG. Acting like Western bouncers, they force shareholders to transfer assets in favor of dubious nominal owners.

Shakhmurat and Artykbay openly visit and meet representatives of foreign companies such as Trafigura, Vitol and Glencore. They brazenly ask foreigners for honest money to buy out companies, while simultaneously laundering their own criminally obtained capital. They sell good Kazakh companies to American and Chinese firms, behaving like real foreign robbers.

All these events show that with such an ‘investment’ approach, Kazakhstan faces a very dark future. A country and a people who do not value the past have no future.
