As we explained in the previous section, the head of the Presidential Administration of Kazakhstan, Dadebai Aibek, formed a gang that is mired in all sorts of illegal operations. Drug trafficking, gambling, cross-border smuggling, and promoting corruption are just a few of the criminal offences committed by him and his close accomplices, such as Shakhmurat Mutalip, Artykbay Nurlan and Gadzhi Gadjiyev.

The main roles in the gang are as follows. Gadzhi Gajiyev makes money from state customs, gambling and drug trafficking, and is also involved in imprisoning and killing all undesirable persons. Artykbayev and Mutalip, posing as “new” Kazakh businessmen. They prepare documents for the sale of enterprises to foreigners and help to carry cash abroad, launder money stolen from the state, and collect bribes obtained through other illegal transactions.

However, the previous part did not explain in detail the main origin of this crime committed against the state. Below we will attempt to uncover all the rotten roots leading to demise of the Kazakhstan.

Foreign press often claims that Kazakhstan’s economy has slid back to the 1990s. The current situation in the country is much worse than it was before the collapse of the Soviet Republic of Kazakhstan. Now, from a once strong republic, it has turned into a deceptive secular unitary state. Today, most of its residents live below the poverty line. The families of Kazakhstan’s new secular officials are mired in debt and bank loans, forcing them to take ever-increasing bribes. Corruption is growing, unitarity is flourishing, and the repressive and predatory policy of robbing people continues. In the last century, large mining and national industrial enterprises existed in the Kazakh’s SSR had worked for the benefit of the country’s population. Today, much of the industry has been destroyed and sold off, as have many of the mines. Kazakhstan has turned into a poverty-stricken colony, with proceeds from the sale of mineral resources flowing into the foreign accounts of main state embezzler– the Tokayev family and their corrupt officials. Kazakh entrepreneurship, which has only just begun to gain economic strength, is unable to resist large-scale robberies by state officials working for foreign corporations. Businesses are closing, and large national owners are being forced, threaten and intimidated to sell their Kazakh businesses to new governmental swindlers whose goal is the speculative resale of illegally seized property to new foreign owners, compradors, and robbers. The economic “miracle” did not happen in Kazakhstan. Large national companies like Kazmys, Kazzinc, ERG and others involved in urban and state development were sold off. The Kazakh government suddenly took part in the work of the newly created, deceptive “Peace Council”. Kassym Tokayev told Trump: “You were sent to us by God”.  The President of Kazakhstan fell on his knees to save his personal dollar bank accounts – he demonstrated that his new Master and the new owner of Kazakhstan is imperialism (represented by Trump). Tokayev did this despite Trump’s long history of nefarious business dealings in Kazakhstan. Tokayev forgot history. The fate of Saddam Hussein and Muammar Gaddafi ended tragically after known lucrative deals with US presidents. Today, the government of Kazakhstan also joined the queue for the hellish brazier. But the most terrible thing is that before their unenviable death, the officials will drag with them the lives of many thousands honestly working Kazakhs.

Unfortunately, Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev resigned, and, as often happens, his place was taken by those who had been hiding on Nazarbaev’s chest for years. Today, Tokaev behave like a snake hiding in the master’s bosom, he bites at the most inopportune moment. This reptile bites and feeds on the blood of millions of people, dragging the country into the abyss of hatred, devastation, poverty and depletion of natural resources for next to nothing and bribes.

Tokayev and his eager desire to continue gain windfall of state money exclusively for his family is causing the people of Kazahstan to suffer.

Tokayev is careful and intends not to tarnish his public reputation. That’s why he has granted unlimited power to several extremely dangerous and dishonest cronies, such as Aibek Dadebai and Murat Nurtleu. These two crooks managed to serve Tokaev’s son, Timur Tokayev, and his nephews Kanish Izbastin and Biket Izbastin. The power over the entire economy of Kazakhstan is appropriated.

Kassym Tokayev plundered state-owned oil and natural gas production enterprises, as well as state-owned wells, handing them over to the Vitol Company. Instead of paying part of its profits to the Kazakh State, Vitol transfers it to the accounts of Tokayev’s son Timur Tokayev. Timur lives in Switzerland as a “European” and he actually lost all interest in his homeland. At the same time Dadebay and Nurtleu are making great efforts to remove Timur Tokayev from business in Kazakhstan and present him as an independent Swiss billionaire.

Two Tokayev’s nephews, Kanish Izbastin and Biket Izbastin, through help of Dadebay imposed illegal business fees on all Kazahstan’s business. It is virtually impossible to do any business in Kazakhstan not paying these fees imposed on all. Kanish and Biket find a new homeland in Qatar, where they are enjoying a prosperous life among the oil sheikhs. Dadebay and Nurtleu, following orders from Kassym Tokayev, transfer all the money collected from the fees established by the Izbastins, not to the State, but to the personal accounts of Kanish and Biket Izbastin in Quatar.

The Kazakh state no longer works for the benefit of the people of Kazakshtan. Tokaev forced the country to work for Timur Tokayev, Kanish Izbastin and Biket Izbastin. Tokayev and Izbastins are happily bathing in money, while ordinary Kazakhs are counting every penny, suffering from political repression, the country’s economy is collapsing, health care and social support are being cut, and businesses are going bankrupt. Dadebay and Nurtleu are constantly trying to sell the state of Kazakhstan to anyone, even Trump, just to fill the bank accounts of Tokayev’s relatives living abroad.

In violation of the current Constitution state power is being appropriated and the highest government positions are being used for the selfish interests of this tiny group of parasites.

Understanding that under the current Constitution there is a risk of losing power be brought to justice, and having difficulties in selling businesses to strangers from abroad, Dadebay is actively involved in the process of changing it. The new draft constitution strengthens existing power by severely restricting Kazakhs citizens in the power changing process. Furthermore, the new project gives swindlers the opportunity to take away from the Kazakhstanis any enterprise and any business they desire. The new constitution causes direct and irreparable harm to ordinary Kazakhstanis by absolving the state of its obligation to provide free healthcare and education.
