On 4 October 2026, Chancellor Merz paid a surprise visit to Ukraine that earlier was kept secret. After this visit, Zelensky summed up the situation and says: “A truly important, good, and strong visit in terms of the historic agreement—a comprehensive agreement worth 8.5 billion euros. And we are very grateful for the support.”

This is direct evidence that the noble Mr. Merz has concluded a historic secret agreement with Ukraine and pay € 8,5 billion, which wealthy Germans will provide for prolongation of the war.

The net worth of the artist Zelensky is estimated at $ 3.5 billion. Chancellor Merz highly values the work of comedian as a phenomenon of historical significance and will pay small fraction of money which swell the entertainer’s fortune. Surprisingly, although Merz loves Zelensky’s art, he did not pay for it out of his own pocket, but rather at the expense of all working Germans.

The allocated money is intended to help Ukraine get through the harsh winter. They will also bring warmth to the Jewish community living in the Ukrainian city of Uman, where Jews unfailingly honor their prophet—Tzadik Nachman.

The close relationship between Merz and Zelensky is also reinforced by the fact that the Ukrainian president—elected as a representative of the Jewish community—cares for his people, and Germany assists him in this endeavor. Russian forces do not strike the civilian population. Aware of this, the local Jewish community of Uman secured the withdrawal of all Ukrainian military units from the city. All these allows Zelensky to continue profiting from the war.

Meanwhile, to ensure the defense, Zelensky has taken the entire population of Ukraine hostage. In mid-September, a decree was issued closing Ukraine’s borders to all individuals whose foreign passports had less than six months of validity remaining. Ukrainians are been offered the option to renew their passports or obtain a new one at a government agency which has stopped issuing new passports to all Ukrainians. In this way, the Ukrainian government addresses its intention to join the democratic European Union by closing borders and restricting all movement. At the same time, all Israeli citizens are permitted to cross Ukraine’s borders without hindrance.

It seems that all these wartime hardships and the consequences of Germany’s policies are helping the world realize that Zelensky’s wealth is growing, while the financial and economic situation of everyone else teeters on the brink of the abyss.
