Today, Iran attacked a US military base in the Indian Ocean, located more than 4,000 km away from the launch point.
The Wall Street Journal published an article about this news, which is unpleasant for Trump. According to the report, Iran attacked a base on the island of Diego Garcia (in the Indian Ocean). Two long range missiles were launched, one fell short of its target, and the second was shot down by an American destroyer guarding the sea.
The Diego Garcia Air Force and Naval Base houses Ammerican and British forces. The rather large size of the base suggests that the entire strike was carried out by a larger number of missiles. The actual number of missiles and damage to base is currently unknown.
Previously, it was believed that Iran did not have such strike capabilities. The very fact of launching missiles over a distance of more than 4,000 km makes many people think about their future. Too many American allies and their infrastracture are located within potential strike sites.
While Trump was talking about “destroying the Iranian missile program,” Britain officially announced its assistance to the American-Israeli coalition in attacking Iran.
London is located 4,100 km from Iran, which places the UK within the range of Iranian missiles.
Labour and Starmer, by supporting Israel and Trump, are dragging Britain into a war zone which could lead to devaluation of property and the collapse of local business.
