Heavy missile exchanges continue in the war between Israel and Iran.
Despite all the claims, Iran has achieved great success in retaliatory shelling. Israeli ainti-missile shield appeared to be useless. Israel has lost many businesses, including its largest fuel producer. Some of Israel’s most valuable business assets have already been destroyed, including Tel Aviv Exchange.
Iran has long been preparing for this war, and many of its arsenals are located deep in stone dungeons that can not be destroyed with a single blow to the entrance.
On 20th June 2025, European-Mediterranean Sehismological Centre (EMSC) reported a strong earthquake with a magnitude 5.2 located 87 km southeast of the city Semn, Iran.
Few people believe in a random earthquake that occurred precisely in a middle of the war. This is likely a signal that Iran is preparing for a nuclear response if Israel or the US decides to use a nuclear bomb.
The war also shows every sign of continuing for a long time unless something serious happens. In particular, adding that Iran, as the injured party, expects support from all its allies, including Pakistan and China.
The geographic location also speaks in Iran’s favor in many ways. Iran is more than 1000 km away from Israel and is itself another 1000 km longer. This positioning does not allow Israel to launch a truly strong and effective strike on the eastern part of Iran. Israel has no real power to block or prevent Iran from receiving any aid or supplies.
At the same time, Iran backed by the support from its allies, will continue to strike Israel. Any chance that Israel could somehow manage to destroy all of Iran’s missile gateways with underground storage facilities and launchers is highly speculative.
As we see Iran continues to carry out powerful and effective strikes, which may not lead to Iran’s victory, but this is a very good argument for future negotiations.
Israel also failed to destroy Iran from within. Despite all of Israel’s efforts, the Iranian people have rallied around their government, and patriotic calls in Iranian society are growing stronger. Iranian patriotism scares Israeli and US more than anything else.
All these suggests that Iran is capable of continuing to launch dozens of missiles daily with a guaranteed tenth of successful hits. Winning the war with Iran requires a foot operation by Israel and NATO, but none of Israel’s supporters are ready for this, including the US.
Iran’s widespread support, coupled with Israel’s bad reputation for butchering and genocide, including massacre in Palestine, is forcing Trump to maneuver, which is a bad sign for Netanyahu. In his first 100 days in office, Trump has proven that he easy backs away from all his promises.
At the same time, during all the diplomatic negotiations, regular people continue to suffer from the wars and troubles unleashed by the warmongers.
