Hundreds of people marched on Saturday through the north Welsh seaside town of Llandudno to tell the Labour government to stop supporting Israel’s genocide in Gaza.
They marched in silence, apart from the slow beat of drums, from the railway station through the centre of town and then back along the north promenade to Venue Cymru where the Welsh Labour Party was holding its conference.
The Labour MP for Montgomeryshire & Glyndwr was one of the speakers who spoke to the rally outside the conference. The protestors came from all over Wales and represented a wide range of groups and organisations. The tiny band of Israeli supporters were hardly noticed.
