On Saturday, 3rd May, 2025 people across the country took action to demand Barclays Bank stops arming Israel. Across Occupied Palestine and all around the world Palestinians are resisting Israeli aggression and oppression.

They are calling for solidarity with their struggle against Israeli apartheid, including through campaigns to end the complicity of financial institutions such as Barclays.

Barclays is bankrolling Israel’s genocide, military occupation and apartheid against Palestinians. The bank invests over £2 billion in, and provides financial services worth £6.1 billion to, arms companies supplying Israel with the weapons and military technology used in its devastating attacks on Palestinians.

Barclays also acts as a primary dealer of Israel’s government bonds, helping the Zionist entity directly raise money to commit genocide and apartheid against the Palestinian people.

Barclays’ senior management will outline their plan for the next year at the bank’s AGM in London on 7th May. Palestine solidarity campaigners will be there to demand they end Barclays complicity in Israel’s crimes against Palestinians!
